WHO WE ARE

Our Practice

Our experience enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. We treat a number of mental health disorders and offer psychoeducation workshops as well as psychological assessment. Please see below for more details.

Our Treatment Focus

Our approach originates in psychodynamic therapy and utilizes cognitive behavioral, interpersonal and existential skills. We are also very passionate about "mindfulness" and the ability to appreciate the present moment during the process of healing. We  believe that each person is unique and may benefit from a personalized approach that best fits his/her needs. Our services are provided in an objective and safe space with a customized treatment plan for each client.

Our Patient Promise

We promise to be there for you every step of your journey. Our goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.

Meet Dr. Salma

Dr. Salma Habib Khshaiboon, PhD

I am a licensed psychologist in NY, NJ, RI, and MA. I work with adults navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, adjustment difficulties, relationship and interpersonal stressors, and challenges related to self-growth and identity. My approach is thoughtful, individualized, and grounded in creating a space where you can feel understood, supported, and safe to explore what matters most to you.

My work includes psychological evaluations, psychotherapy, consultation, and psychoeducation. I also work with clients in both English and Arabic. Whether you are seeking support through a difficult period, hoping to better understand yourself, or looking for meaningful change, my goal is to help you move forward with greater clarity, self-understanding, and confidence.

A Safe Space for Healing and Growth

Therapy is a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and explore what may be holding you back. At Wellbeing Psychology, I believe in creating a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where you can better understand yourself, work through difficult experiences, and move toward meaningful growth.
