COMING SOON: Dr. Salma Habib Khshaiboon's book! Now in pre-order on Amazon and other book seller websites. Release date: September 23, 2026.

Book Title: Wombless: Letters to My Triplets

What happens when the life you hoped for disappears before it begins?
In Wombless: Letters to My Triplets, Salma Habib Khshaiboon writes intimate letters to the children she never held. What unfolds is not only a story of devastating loss—it is a courageous journey through grief toward self-reclamation.
When identity unravels and long-standing family patterns resurface, many attempt to outrun the pain. Salma chooses instead to face it directly. Through reflection and psychological insight, she examines generational expectations, untangles beliefs that tied her worth to motherhood, and confronts the silent narratives that shaped her identity.
Blending memoir with clinical understanding, Wombless serves as both a healing companion and a manifesto for rebuilding identity after profound loss. Embedded QR codes offer exclusive audio reflections, expanding on themes of grief, attachment, forgiveness, and resilience through a therapeutic lens.
Rooted in one woman’s experience yet universally resonant, this book speaks to anyone navigating loss, fractured relationships, and the disorientation of starting over.
Wombless: Letters to My Triplets is not about surviving heartbreak. It is about reconstructing yourself with intention—and deciding who you will become next.

DEPRESSION

Depression is an emotions that we may all experience at some point. Despite common belief, depression looks different for different people. One may experience some or all symptoms of depression, including different intensity, severity and duration. Symptoms of depression may last hours, days, months ad even years. A depressed person may choose to isolate and avoid everything and anything, including support. When lacking motivation and feeling hopeless is when the time is right to seek help and/or accept a helping hand extended to you. This is the right time for healing to start!

ANXIETY

Anxiety is characterized by ongoing fear and worry. It is when your experience of stress tends to be exaggerated and/or irrational compared to the event that triggered it. Anxiety can be experienced as lack of concentration, racing thoughts and/or restlessness. It can also manifest itself physically with symptoms such as: heart palpitations, sweating, fatigue, nausea, dizziness, trembling and/or a sense of doom. You may experience panic that lasts a few minutes and may take place several times during the day, the week or the month. Anxiety is very common among us! We tends to fear the future and prefer to plan ahead. However, that may not be feasible all the time and our plans may not be implemented. If symptoms of anxiety negatively impact your daily functioning, please reach out and seek support! Mental health treatment, among others, has been proven to be successful and healing possible.

RELATIONSHIPS

Relationships can be challenging! Relationships between siblings, spouses, friends, neighbors, partners, colleagues, supervisors and supervisees, parents and children as well as extended family. Despite the challenges and perceived obstacles, relationships are able to experience healing with the incorporation of healthy communication skills, increased insight and improved judgment. All that can be achieved through psychoeducation and psychotherapy!
